Zvonimir Vrančić: Oko Višnjika nema nejasnoća, a Vladine obaveze su jasne
Gradonačelnik Zadra Zvonimir Vrančić pismom je javnosti reagirao na izjave predstavnika Vlade RH o navodno sumnjivoj gradnji ŠRC “Višnjik” te odluku o osnivanju povjerenstva koje treba preispitati obveze Vlade prema dvorani na Višnjiku.
Iz Vlade su, naime, ovih dana iskazane sumnje u transparentnost izgradnje najvažnijeg zadarskog sportskog centra, a premijeru i njegovim ministrima nije jasno ni koliko dvorana na Višnjiku košta, niti kolike su obveze Vlade.
Cijene sjedalice
Da bi im to pojasnio, gradonačelnik Vrančić odaslao je javnosti odluke HDZ-ove Vlade iz 2007. i 2008. godine iz kojih je vidljivo da Vlada gradu Zadru za dvoranu na Višnjiku do 2016. treba isplatiti ukupno 100 milijuna kuna te da je vrijednost izgradnje dvorane iznosila 227,7 milijuna kuna ili 29,4 milijuna eura.
Vrančić u svom reagiranju iznosi i usporedne cijene sjedalice kao mjerne jedinice u ovoj vrsti objekata u zadarskoj i drugim dvoranama u Hrvatskoj i u Europi. Po tome proizlazi da je Dvorana “Krešimir Ćosić” na Višnjiku najjeftinija u Hrvatskoj i u Europi. Cijena izgradnje po sjedalici u zadarskoj dvorani iznosila je 3576 eura, dok je, primjerice u zagrebačkoj Areni iznosila 5393 eura, a u osječkom Gradskom vrtu 6600 eura.
Nije neprofitabilna
Vrančića je razljutila izjava premijera Zorana Milanovića po kojoj dvoranu na Višnjiku “treba razmontirati” jer je neprofitabilna, pa mu odgovara: “Razmontiranje i prenamjena zemljišta zadarske dvorane po ‘londonskom modelu’ u interpretaciji predsjednika Vlade RH Zorana Milanovića nisu prihvatljivi s obzirom da u njoj svakodnevno vježba ili se rekreira preko tisuću korisnica i korisnika svih uzrasta u više sportova te nije građena za jednokratnu uporabu.”
Obračun SDP-ove Vlade s HDZ-ovim Zadrom
Vladinom problematiziranju gradnje i postojanja dvorane na Višnjiku Vrančić nazire i naznake političkog obračuna SDP-ove Vlade s HDZ-ovim Zadrom:
– U predmetu sufinanciranja izgradnje zadarske Dvorane Krešimira Ćosića Vlada RH ima jasnu obvezu – i rokove i iznose. Bilo bi zanimljivo usporediti tu obvezu s obvezama financiranja ostalih hrvatskih dvorana u kojima se održavalo Svjetsko prvenstvo u rukometu, čiji su iznosi višestruko veći od zadarskog, ali Vlada za njih ne osniva povjerenstva – piše zadarski gradonačelnik isprovociran sumnjama u ispravnost projekta na Višnjiku premijera Milanovića i njegovih ministara.

Zašto ne bi malo preispitali troškove. Pa zna se da je građena u vrijeme HDZ-ove vladavine na svim razinama , i samo to već izaziva sumnju u korektnost s obzirom da je pola tadašnjih ministara po teškim optužbama za krađe novca ovih građana ( Sanader, Polančec, Rončević, Čobanković itd) . S druge strane ako se otkrije da su troškovi napuhani (npr. bojanje tunela itd) netko će u bajbuk a mi ćemo svi skupa manje plačati dvoranu. Dakle gradonačelnik je trebao objeručke prihvatiti reviziju .

to kao vuče na eure po kvadratu stana pa ovdašnjem življu to valjda izgleda kao normalno iskazana cijena
kao da ne znamo za provincijani megalomanski pristup gdje je življu bilo nedovoljno ugodno čuti kapacitet 6 tisuća, ili što bi bilo optimalno, 4-5 tisuća mjesta, pa su ti malograđanski zahtjevi ispunjeni, iako je to duplo više od rentabilnog i optimalnog, i sve to jer su i sjedalice samo dio ulizivanja i kupovanja glasova na izborima.
ali kad ovako pizdunski uzmu taj prevarantski izračun to me baš iznervira. pa onda zbog većeg broja sjedalica ispadne da je dvorana u zadru isplatljivija od one ne znam u poreču, iako je tamošnja i optimalna i zarađuje pa i usprkos laganom minusu lokalna uprava nema problem to pokrivati i ne ostavlja svake godine 3, 4 milijuna kuna pod stavkom platit-ćemo-zna-se-nikad
i ne govori se pri tome da je ukupni iznos troška za dvoranu veći od godišnjeg budžeta grada koji ju je dao izgraditi. ko ne zna što znači jednogodišnji budžet tj. bdp taj neka ni ne čita ove članke.
a grad svake godine umjesto da je otplaćuje na iznos doda još 4 milijuna kuna minusa koje nije stigao pokriti pred 4 koliko daje za održavanje. i to jedva i nikako zahvaljujući pretumbacijama s KKZD koji uopće ne bi trebao biti povezan s troškom dvorane, osim najma kojeg ionako prebija grad obzirom da pokriva i jedan i drugi trošak iz svoje blagajne. ovako, direktor dvorane govori da je dobro onda kad ima publike na košarkaškoj utakmici, i kad ima više onda dvorana bolje posluje i nikome u ovom izopačenom gradu to nije niti suludo za čuti, a kamoli da izazove kakvu reakciju.
a opet i to nije čudo pored svih ovih čuda kojima su nas obdarili u ovih 20 godina

očigledno je da se tu kao i svugdi kralo a ceh bi uz grad trebala platiti i država. Samo ovi gori nisu vesla sisali.
Dosta je reći da je sve poslove oko dvorane vodio bivši državni tajnik za kojeg sami HDZ-ovci govore da ga nesmiš ostaviti samog u prostoriji da nešto ne ukrade.
Izgleda da je počelo . Ova vlada je odlučila rješiti mnoga pitanja i probleme , koje je ostavio HDZ. Samo naprid Milanoviću , večina je uz tebe jer ovi muljaža, krađa , ucjena je bilo previše. A Zadar je na našu žalost , u vrhu .
Vrančiću grad Zadar nikad nije bio hdz-ovski. U gradu Zadru , HDZ je prevarama uvijek dolazio na vlast. Toliko , to znaš i sam . Nadam se da će i tebe malo protresti , materijala ima .
Pa Vlado isto tako ni Vrančič nije nikad bio iskreni HDZ-eovac.Ko je najviše u devedesetim godinama pljucao po HDZ-eu od oporbe u Zadro nego zdepasti, a sada je veliki Tuđmanovac ,malo morgen.
Napad je najbolja obrana. Zdepasti se upustio u borbu . On brani neobranjivo , a to je lopovluk i izdaja HDZ-a . HDZ je izdao Hrvatski narod , i to svakim danom biva sve jasnije. Samo su HDZ-ovi ministri , i viskoki HDZ-ovi partijski dužnosnici na optuženičkim klupama na Hrvatskim sudovima zbog pljačke ovog naroda. Gdje god je HDZ u lokalnim sredinama na vlasti tu je katastrofa. Evo jednog svjetlog primjera Rijeke . Ali naravno tamo nije šljam na lokalnoj vlasti. Tamo su časni ljudi .
