Nakon što je u ekskluzivnom razgovoru za Nacional još uvijek aktualni predsjednik Skupštine Zadarske županije, HDZ-ov Željko Lončar kazao kako odlazi s te funkcije, na zadarskom političkom nebu ne prestaju nagađanja zašto Lončar odlazi i tko bi ga mogao naslijediti na spomenutoj funkciji. Osim aktualnih pitanja, postavlja se i još jedno pitanje – ima li HDZ uopće većinu za izglasavanje novog predsjednika u Županijski skupštini. O svemu tome, ali i ostalim političkim pitanjima Lončar je još jednom progovorio u razgovoru za ZADAR News.
– Odlazim s funkcije predsjednika i to sam potvrdio ekskluzivno za Nacional. Pri tome i dalje stojim. Mene nitko ne može nagovoriti da radim ono što ne želim i ja na takve pritiske ne pristajem. Odlazim jer mi je dosta svega, ali ostajem županijski vijećnik. Svoju funkciju, sukladno statutu prenijet ću na gospođu Snježanu Jurinić i ona će do izbora novog predsjednika obnašati tu funkciju.
Ali, statutom nije definiran vremenski period u kojemu novi predsjednik mora biti izabran, zar ne?
– To je točno, gospođa Jurinić dobit će moje ovlasti koje ću prenijeti na nju, a ja, kao što sam rekao, dajem neopozivu ostavku na mjesto predsjednika. To ću protokolirati ovih dana pa da s tim konačno završim.
To bi značilo da gospođa Jurinić može ostati na čelu Županijske skupštine do kraja mandata, odnosno do svibnja 2021.?
– I to je točno, no mislim da ne bi bilo fer da tako ostane, složit ćete se sa mnom.
Je li točan podatak da će HDZ za novog predsjednika Skupštine predložiti dr. Zorana Šikića?
– To sam i ja načuo, ali kao što sam vam već rekao, u tim dodatnim stvarima ja ne želim sudjelovati. Ja odlazim i nikoga ne predlažem. Neka HDZ predloži novog predsjednika pa ćemo o njemu glasati – kazao je za Nacional Lončar koji je svojim istupom za naš tjednik od prije nekoliko dana itekako protresao županijsku i gradsku organizaciju zadarskog HDZ-a u kojemu se trenutno odvija pretkampanja za nasljednika predsjednika GO-a Jose Nekića za koje se vjeruje da se neće kandidirati za novi mandat.
U HDZ-u vjeruju kako je upravo klika s kojom upravlja Božidar Kalmeta u Županijskoj skupštini dovela do ostavke Željka Lončara, a kao predvodnika tog klana ističu Josu Nekića, Darija Vrsaljka, Marinu Mihovilović Pajkin i Marija Pešuta.
Jedan anonimni izvor ZADAR Newsa koji je nekoć bio vijećnik Neovisnih za Hrvatsku, a danas je neovisni vijećnik u razgovoru za naš tjednik kazao je kako je upravo Joso Nekić od tadašnjih NHR-ovih vijećnika lani zahtijevao da glasuju za skidanje točke o prodaji zgrade Zavoda za javno zdravstvo s dnevnog reda Županijske skupštine, Upravo u takvim diverzijama i političkim igrama Nekića mnogi vide destrukciju u kojoj Lončar više ne želi sudjelovati i zato je odlučio otići.
– Istina je da je to od nas tražio Joso Nekić, ali to su njihove borbe. Mi smo uvijek postupali onako kako smo mislili da je najbolje i ako smo ispali dio nečije igre, meni je to žao, ali dobro je da se zna da su njihovi (HDZ-ovi, op.a.) vijećnici dolazili i od nas tražili takve usluge. Mi u tom trenu nismo znali da se oni na takav način međusobno “kolju”, ali to je danas, s vremenskim odmakom i više nego očito – kazao je ZADAR Newsu izvor koji je želio ostati anoniman.
Županijski vijećnik Bandićeve stranke, Drago Čulina vjeruje kako HDZ i bez njegovog klub vijećnika, koji broji tri člana ima većinu za izbor novog predsjednika Županijske skupštine. On napominje i da, kao socijaldemokrat on u Zadru nema s kim politički razgovarati s obzirom na to da, kako je rekao, HDZ i SDP tajno koaliraju dugi niz godina kada je to potrebno.
– Ja sam socijaldemokrat, međutim zadarski županijski SDP je u tajnoj koaliciji s HDZ-om na lokalnoj razini već jako dugo. Oni se međusobno podržavaju i jako su premreženi pa se ne treba bojati ukoliko bi došlo do izbora novog predsjednika, a HDZ-u bi pofalilo glasova. Oni bi, vjerujte, to profesionalno odradili i ne bi bilo nikakvih problema. Što se tiče novog kandidata, dr. Šikića kojega spominjete, o njemu ne znam ništa i morat ću ga proučiti prije nego donesem odluku hoću limu dati glas. Mislim da mu moj glas neće biti potreban, ali ću svejedno proučiti njegovu biografiju i donijeti svoju odluku neovisno o svom klubu vijećnika. Neću nikome govoriti kako bi trebao postupati, svatko ima svoju glavu i glasat će po svojoj savjesti – kazao je za ZADAR News Čulina.
SDP-ov Nino Mrčela smatra kako je Lončarova ostavka posljedica brojnih afera u Zadarskoj županiji. Kazao je i kako ga ista i ne iznenađuje previše.
– Ova ostavka je samo posljedica brojnih afera koje se događaju u Zadarskoj županiji, unutarstranačkih sukoba u HDZ-u te nemogućnost donošenja odluka u samoj skupštini, stoga me i ne iznenađuje previše. Iskreno vjerujem da gospodin Lončar više ne želi sudjelovati u svemu ovom. Da podsjetim, mandat župana Longina obilježile su afere gotovo na tjednoj bazi, to su afere u Narodnom muzeju, mijenjanje Statuta muzeja po potrebi, poništavanje javnih natječaja za izbor ravnatelja javnih poduzeća, predaja luke Gaženice u ruke koncesionara bez da je ikad sazvana tematska sjednica Županijske skupštine unatoč podnesenom zahtjevu ujedinjene oporbe, postupak izbora ravnatelja Županijske uprave za ceste iako ne ispunjava uvjete natječaja, te katastrofalno stanje u zdravstvu, nedostatak pedijatara i ginekologa, ostavka ravnatelja Zavoda za hitnu medicinu nakon što je najprije vozni park doveden u katastrofalno stanje, a zatim je kasnio natječaj za nabavu novih vozila, podizanje optužnice protiv načelnika općine Škabrnja, problemi oko zbrinjavanja opasnog otpada u Obrovcu.
Mrčela, zanimljivo, ističe i kako je cjelokupna oporba u aktualnom mandatu djelovala jedinstveno. Napominje i kako bi se takva suradnja trebala nastaviti na sljedećim lokalnim izborima koji se trebaju održati dogodine.
– Otkriće velikog broja afera možemo zahvaliti djelovanju cjelokupne oporbe, čiju suradnju treba nastaviti, jer uskoro stižu i novi lokalni izbori. Javljaju se nove političke opcije i inicijative, što pozdravljam i nadam se da ćemo se zajednički suprotstaviti HDZ-u – kaže Mrčela.
Vijećnik Mrčela ima informacije, a koje su potvrđene i Nacionalu, kako se na Lončara nakon prvotnog istupa u Nacionalu vršio pritisak da povuče svoju ostavku, međutim, on vjeruje, baš kao što je i sam Lončar ZADAR Newsu potvrdio, kako do toga neće doći.
– Prema informacijama s kojima raspolažem, vrh HDZ-a vršio je pritiske ovih dana na gospodina Lončara da povuče svoju ostavku, ali ne vjerujem da će do toga doći. Nadam se da će postupiti moralno i ostati dosljedan sebi kao što je napravio kad je dao ostavku na čelu Upravnog vijeća ŽUC-a jer nije htio sudjelovati u izboru Branka Kutije za novog ravnatelja. Prilikom izbora novog predsjednika Županijske skupštine vladajući moraju pokazati imaju li uopće većinu – kazao je za kraj Mrčela.
Bivši dožupan, a danas vijećnik MODES-a, Rudolf Dvorski smatra kako je vrijeme za nove izbore. On tvrdi da HDZ posljednje tri godine vodi bitku sa samim sobom, ali i svojim koalicijskim partnerima.
– Mislim da bi trebali ići na nove izbore za župana i Županijsku skupštinu jer sve ovo što se događa posljednje tri godine nije dobro. Očito je da HDZ vodi bitke sa svojim koalicijskim partnerima i samim sobom, a u svemu tome uvijek nastradaju građani – kazao je Dvorski za ZADAR News.
