NEDJELJNI OTKRIVA Kako je pukla mreža ljudi koja je štitila Božidara Kalmetu
U istrazi nove afere oko HAC-a ponovno su isplivala imena Mladena Sjauša i Selme Abadžić. On je po struci veterinar, ali je u HAC-u dobio plaću od 15 tisuća kuna. Ona je pak bila agentica USKOK-a, povezana je i optužena za opstruiranje istraga
Mladen Sjauš bio je donekle uspješan veterinar. Promijenio je nekoliko radnih mjesta, uglavnom po ribogojilištima i mrijestilištima ribe u okolici Zadra. No, nigdje se nije dugo zadržao. Njegov pravi uspon počeo je 2007., kada je počeo razvijati prijateljstvo s novopostavljenim ministrom Božidarom Kalmetom. U kratkom je roku, iako bez ikakvih kvalifikacija za taj posao, postao pomoćnik direktora u HAC-u s plaćom od 15 tisuća kuna.
Sjauš je samo malen dio golemog klupka koje se ovih dana još jednom počelo odmotavati, a u čijem je središtu, prema svemu sudeći, upravo nepobjedivi zadarski HDZ-ovac Božidar Kalmeta.
Iako se pitanje kako je Sjauš s kvalifikacijama koje nemaju veze s poslom u HAC-u dospio na tako visoku poziciju u medijima postavlja već godinama, konkretnog odgovora zasad nema, osim da se najvjerojatnije radi o nezakonitom zapošljavanju.
Sjauš je, naime, nakon završetka Veterinarskog fakulteta prvi posao pronašao u novaljskom ribogojlištu koje je ubrzo propalo, nakon čega se zaposlio u ninskom mrijestilištu koje je ubrzo prošlo proces pretvorbe. Sjauš je potom angažiran u tvrtki za punjenje vode, no tek je s dolaskom HDZ-a na vlast sudbina tog posedarskog HDZ-ovca, koji člansku iskaznicu nosi od 2003., postala ljepša.
Tako je, nedugo nakon što je Božidar Kalmeta postao ministar, veterinar Sjauš zaposlen na mjesto referenta u malenoj Banco Popolare Croatia. Naš sugovornik, koji želi ostati anoniman, ali će na sudu spremno ponoviti svoj iskaz, kaže kako je Sjauša u BPC doveo Kalmeta, i to samo nakratko, kako bi mu u životopisu mogla biti barem kakva-takva ekonomska referenca za predstojeći posao u HAC-u. Nije mu poznato koliko je točno Sjauš radio u BPC-u, no uskoro je prešao u središnjicu HAC-a, i to u Sektor naplate potraživanja, gdje je odmah postao pomoćnik direktora s plaćom od oko 15 tisuća kuna.
– Slizao se s Kalmetom i zauzvrat dogovorio prelazak nekih članova posedarskog HSS-a u HDZ. Radio je i druge usluge za Kalmetu, a spriječio je i otvaranje nekih vrlo neugodnih financijskih afera vezanih uz Zadar. Naime, bio je vrlo dobar s čelnim ljudima tadašnjih tajnih službi, čak je neko vrijeme po Zadru mahao iskaznicom neke službe, a pričalo se i da je čitavo to vrijeme bio doušnik USKOK-a. Pogrešnim informacijama navodio bi ih na krivi trag i tako pomagao zaštititi neke ljude – tvrdi naš sugovornik koji je uvjeren da bi Sjauš mogao dati mnogo informacija u aktualnoj istrazi o HAC-u te u nju ozbiljno umiješati i bivšeg ministra Kalmetu.
– On sve zna – napominje.
Dodaje da je Sjauš i čovjek od osobitog povjerenja aktualnog predsjednika HDZ-a Tomislava Karamarka, s kojim ga veže prijateljstvo iz studentskih dana, kao i činjenica da su se Sjauševa i Karamarkova supruga intenzivno družile, što je produbilo njihovo prijateljstvo.
Uz njih dvije, još jedna žena ozbiljno povezuje Kalmetu i Karamarka. To je smijenjena agentica PNUSKOK-a Selma Abadžić, inače vjenčana kuma Tomislava Karamarka iz prvog braka.
Krajem studenoga prošle godine Selma Abadžić uhićena je s još nekoliko kolega zbog sumnje da je opstruirarla neke od najznačajnijih istraga iz područja gospodarskog kriminala te povjerljive informacije odavala osobama iz kriminalnog miljea.
Na Selmu Abadžić je, međutim, već dvije godine prije njezina uhićenja upozoravao sindikat zaposlenih u HAC-u, tvrdeći da je svjedoke ispitivala pred HAC-ovim direktorima protiv kojih su bile podnesene kaznene prijave. Zbog takvoga načina ispitivanja mnogi su navodno odustajali od svog svjedočenja.
– Više puta sam s njom razgovarao, no nikada se ništa nije procesuiralo. Sve što sam joj rekao samo mi se obilo o glavu. Nakon nekog vremena postala nam je sumnjiva pa sam više puta upozoravao da netko iz istražnih tijela radi za kriminalce – rekao nam je tada predsjednik Nezavisnog cestarskog sindikata Mijat Stanić.
Uhićena inspektorica istraživala je i aferu nezakonitog zapošljavanja u HAC-u, kao i aferu signalni stupići, u kojoj je HAC oštećen oprilike za četiri milijuna kuna.
– Svjedoke je dovela u sobu bivšeg zamjenika direktora Željka Krapljana kako bi pred njim govorili o davanju mita za zapošljavanje. Kada god bi policiji htjeli prijaviti neko kazneno djelo u HAC-u, istragu bi provodila ta inspektorica, zato se u HAC-u ništa nije događalo – objašnjava Stanić.
Iako su neki svjedoci u aferama, uključujući i one ispitane u procesu za Fimi-Mediju, u kontekstu malverzacija spominjali tadašnjeg resornog ministra Božidara Kalmetu, on nikada nije osumnjičen.
Upravo u društvu agentice Abadžić prošlog su ljeta na terasi Lisinskog viđeni na kavi Ivan Šuker i Božidar Kalmeta, koji je u svom megaministarstvu kontrolirao HAC. A Selma Abadžić bila je zadužena za antikorupcijske istrage upravo u tom poduzeću.
Bivši ministar zdravstva Darko Milinović, kao kandidat za šefa HDZ-a, na konferenciji za novinare u svibnju prošle godine optužio je Karamarka da je i on imao koristi od krađe novca u HAC-u, čime se pridružio nizu onih koji indicijama povezuju Kalmetu s Karamarkom.
– Danas Karamarku posljednji put postavljam pitanje zašto su tvrtke u kojima on ima dio vlasništva u aferama Ina, Podravka i HAC? Ta gromoglasna tišina ostavlja širok prostor spekulacijama o umiješanosti. Zašto kao prvi obavještajac nije to spriječio i zato je i suodgovoran i za kriminalizaciju HDZ-a – pitao je tada Milinović, no ostao je bez odgovora.
– Čovjek koji je osam godina bio prvi obavještajac Hrvatske mora znati da je djelovanje SOA-e usmjereno i na sprečavanje organiziranog kriminala, time se on morao baviti – rekao je Milinović.
Predbacio je Karamarku da se nalazi s bivšim optuženim premijerom Ivom Sanaderom i, misleći očito na Kramarka, rekao kako bi bilo pogubno za HDZ da se za šefa stranke izabere osoba koja bi za godinu dana mogla biti procesuirana.
Posljednje pitanje koje postavlja Karamarku temelji se na informaciji koja je, rekao je, danas dostavljena svim stožerima: “Imam podatak da je Ina isplatila 18 milijuna kuna tvrtki Soboli povezanoj s Karamarkom i da je to navodno pod istragom u DORH-u.”
Još jedan izvor povezuje Karamarka s Kalmetom, ali i Vladimirom Šeksom, kumom Božidara Kalmete.
– Jako su bliski. Često su ručali u restoranu Kamanjo – kaže.
Drugim riječima, Božidar Kalmeta bio je čovjek od povjerenja samog vrha HDZ-a, ali i bivšeg premijera Ive Sanadera. To je dao naslutiti i Damir Polančec u jednom razgovoru za medije kada je opisivao događaje uoči Sanaderove ostavke.
