Stanje u Zadarskoj županiji: dodijeljeno 316 stanova, na čekanju 143 obitelji
Prema podacima Državnog ureda za obnovu i stambeno zbrinjavanje, na području od posebne državne skrbi unutar granica Zadarske županije od 2001. godine evidentirano je 797 zahtjeva za stambeno zbrinjavanje bivših nositelja stanarskih prava.
Administrativno su riješena 573 zahtjeva, od kojih 459 pozitivno, a 114 negativno, dok su preostala 224 zahtjeva još uvijek u fazi utvrđivanja prava na stambeno zbrinjavanje.
− Od 459 pozitivno riješenih zahtjeva, za 316 obitelji osigurane su i dodijeljene odgovarajuće stambene jedinice, dok je za preostale 143 obitelji uvrštene na Liste prvenstva za 2013. godinu u tijeku osiguravanje odgovarajućih stambenih jedinica, što ovisi o raspoloživim proračunskim sredstvima − kazala nam je Katica Perić iz Državnog ureda.
Što se tiče stambenog zbrinjavanja bivših nositelja stanarskih prava izvan područja posebne državne skrbi, od 2003. godine do danas ukupno je evidentirano 476 zahtjeva, a riješeno ih je 289 − 169 pozitivno, 120 negativno, dok se u slučaju preostalih 187 zahtjeva još utvrđuje pravo na stambeno zbrinjavanje.
Među 169 pozitivno riješenih zahtjeva nalazi se 109 obitelji kojima su do sada osigurani i dodijeljeni odgovarajući stanovi, a preostalih 60 obitelji još čeka na svoje stanove.
Koliko će trajati utvrđivanje prava na stambeno zbrinjavanje u preostalim predmetima, u Zadru ovog trenutka nitko ne zna jer upravo traje premještanje dvoje zaposlenika iz područnog Ureda za obnovu i stambeno zbrinjavanje u Ured državne uprave, a dodjela odgovarajućih stanova ionako ide “u skladu s proračunskim mogućnostima”, pa su i ti rokovi nepoznati.
